As a portraitist I find it important that a portrait is not only “resembling”,
but that the character of the person also comes alive. A family portrait also belongs to the possibilities.

Orientalism: My annual journeys to Oman, Yemen, Qatar and The Emirates ánd
the contact with the bedouins in the desert have resulted in a great set of oil paintings, pastels, ink drawings and also glass objects.
Besides my art of painting, I work as an entertainer, cartoonist/illustrator
at tradeparties, seminars, wedding-parties, etcetera.
